(1) Birth, native and graduate
I was born in 1933, at Nagoya in Japan and graduated from the Economics Department of Nagoya University in 1955.

(2) Shimizu Construction Company
On April of 1955, I entered the Shimizu Construction Company as the biggest one of Japan. In this company, I had experienced various jobs for a business consultant.
a. Works at the job-sites
From 1955 to 1958, I had developed a new system of scheduling and quality control of construction works through some job sites. As the examples, there were " network planning", "statistical quality control", etc.
b. Works at the personnel department
From 1959 to 1964, I had developed another management system for the personnel department by the statistical method and the sensitive method, etc. through existing personnel management.
c. Works at the research laboratory
From 1965 to 1969, I had developed the computer software for the building management and process control at the Research Laboratory and applied them to the exisiting construction.
d. Works at the headquarters
From 1970 to 1979, at the headquarters of the company, I had developed the management model by an econometric method and applied it to the company-wide planning and management.
e. Works as the business consultant inside the company
From 1980 to 1989, at the Shimizu Construction Co., the company-wide activities were developed to acquire the Deming Prize for the excellent company of quality management. I worked to assist these activities as a business consultant inside the company.
On December of 1989, I retired from the company.

(3) Start afresh.
a. General business consultant (1990-1996)
I started works of the general business consultant at many companies by using the methods and techniques developed in my company. There were various demands for training and teaching by the scientific management methods in many firms.
b. Assistance of construction firms qualifying for ISO 9001.(1997-2001)
Since 1997, I had started the assistance in qualification for ISO 9001 mainly for construction companies. In 1999, I was given the qualification of auditor for ISO9001 in IRCA.
c. Start and change of my web-site.
In 2001, I began the assistance for ISO9001 by web-site, but, in autumn, I became to be unable to continue my works and unavoidably restarted by new web-site.
